新春的鞭炮声还没有从我们的耳边离去，我们又迎来了一个新的学期。首先，请允许我向全体老师们、同学们致以新年最真挚的祝愿，祝全体老师们兔年工作顺利、身体健康、阖家欢乐!祝全体同学兔年健康快乐、茁长成长!特别还要祝我们九年级的同学们在今年六月份的中考中都能正常发挥、考出优良成绩、进入理想的高一级学校!

在春节寒假之际，我们许多老师、同学和家长都以各种方式向我和学校表达了新年的祝愿，我在此表示衷心的感谢，并决心以实际行动向大家证明湖州十二中这所百年老校一定会在我们大家共同的努力下走向一个又一个的辉煌!

相信同学们在这段时间里渡过了一个有意义的寒假，大家按照学校布置的“五个一”要求，不仅认真完成寒假作业，还能阅读一本好书，积极参加社区服务活动等，毕业班的同学还要完成大量的作业、以及查漏补缺。但也许也有个别同学原定的计划什么也没完成，因为在第一周时他们会说：才刚放假，休息一会儿吧。第二周的时候会说：过年还不让好好玩啊。到了最后几天发现原本计划的还有许多没完成，于是给自己降低要求，或者马马虎虎走过场，甚至作业也要从别人那儿抄一些。这些同学问题的关键是什么?不是缺乏很好的计划，而是缺乏付诸于计划的行动，自以为拖拉的事就能这样过去了，而实际上这一切还得以各种形式去偿还。

在新学期的第一天，我还想给大家讲的话题就是“时间”。常言道：一年之计在于春，一天之计在于晨，现在春天脚步即将来临，不知大家做好准备了吗?在这一轮春夏秋冬的轮回中，你想得到怎样的收获?不要“少儿不知岁月愁，人到暮年万事休”。人生就是时间的微积分，没有哪一点可以跳跃，没有哪一刻可以等待，我们不能等到明天才去学习、去锻炼，因为去学习、去锻炼的明天就是明天的今天!所以古人感叹：明日复明日，明日何其多?日日待明日，万事成蹉跎。朱自清更是连“掩着面叹息”都不敢了，因为怕“新来的日子的影儿又开始在叹息里闪过了”。等同学们学到高等数学时，就会知道什么是微积分?世界上的万事万物都是由极其细微的部分组成的，所以二百多年前的英国诗人布莱克感叹不已，<莲山课件>写下：“一沙一世界，一花一天堂，握无穷于掌心，窥永恒于一瞬”的短诗。我们每个人的命运其实就掌握在我们自己的手中，我们伸开掌心就可以看到代表自己命运的各种符号，我们只有攥紧它才可以把握住命运，而这样的把握要时时刻刻不能松懈，否则生命就在无数个瞬间流逝。诸葛亮在他的《诫子书》中写到“年与时驰，意与日去，遂成枯落，多不接世，悲守穷庐，将复何及!”给我留下了深深的思考，“学习”也许在古时叫“修炼”，为什么把经过了修炼的人称为圣人呢?因为他们知道真理之重要，知道潜心专研之不容易，有人对光怪陆离世界羡慕至之，有的人可能在淫威富贵面前会丧失一切，只有那些潜心思考的人才会知晓：世界其实在你心中，你放弃了世界，世界也放弃了你，你牢牢地抓住一切的机会，奋力拼搏，世界最终会是属于你的!

65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao.Then he was only 5 years old.Heoften visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there,which he thought was a dragon.He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted oneto keep as a treasure.

In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had toleave.On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one ofthe teeth from the dragon’s mouth.

He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at havingstolen it was there in the background all through his life.It was always on hisconscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older.Finally he decidedto put right his childish error.In 2002, he visited Qingdao and returned it tothe Aquarium with his sincere apologies.He received a warm welcome.

When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported onhis visit.I was deeply touched by his honesty.It has taught me a lot.I thinkto err is human.The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correctone’s error.

statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life .financialproblems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults nowsuffering .as students in the university , we are also under our special stress.while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against adeadline may put a great pressure on us .and the things make us felt stressedmay be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach .later ,when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us .ithink we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and howwe can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

一．搞好团结创造良好工作氛围

组长是备课的核心，所以本学期在开学初就制定了严密的计划，本组人员每天都知道自己该干什么，在平时的备课中，大家畅所欲言，每天都舒畅的开展工作。其次大家都有无私奉献精神，增强服务意识，各项计划，方案的制定大家都群策群力，这样就方便本组教师的操作执行。遇到的具体问题，大家都勇于承担责任，分析问题，寻找对策，解决问题，总结经验教训。再次，组员自己扬长避短，多寻找他人的长项，现在每个组员都独当一面，最后整个备课组成了无懈可击的一个整体。

二．开展备课组活动

备课组组织本组人员备好每一节课，为使教学具有创造性，备课组内除营造了浓厚的教研氛围，尽可能做到信息通畅，资源共享，集思广益，形成合力，充分发挥整体优势。为了提高备课组的集体效益，大家经常在一起进行交流。组长组织集体备课，集中大家的智慧，有目的，有针对性的开展教学。为组织好英语备课组教学活动，概括起来我们从以下几方面做起：

（一）脚踏实地，从实际出发

分析学生，了解学生。根据学生实际情况，教学分两步走，边学新课边复习旧课，让学生尽快适应教师。把教学重点放在抓好边缘学生和英语短板的学生。进入中学，学生大都已经认识到了学习的重要性，只要老师根据学生的实际情况提出合理要求，学生总会按照要求去做的，老师往往会十分严格要求学生，唯恐自己的学生不好好学习，自己所带的班级将来在中考成绩不够理想，工作不免急功近利。因此，我们要调整自己心态，做好学生的思想工作，学生的学习本身压力就很大，学生每天学习真的很辛苦，作为教师的我们像父母一样多点问候和关爱，让班级内始终充满着温情和理解。关爱还体现在老师教给学生的是精品，布置的作业时精选的，课堂氛围是舒缓的，师生关系式融洽和谐的。有了良好的关爱，自然会激发学生的内在动力。

（二）优化教材，提高课堂效率。

第一：认真研究课标和教材，努力提高课堂教学效率。功夫花在备课上，每周的备课组活动：除了主备人说课外，每个人都要说出这堂课自己的建议，说出设计意图和教学理念，然后一起讨论，提出建议。备课时总结上一周的教学得失，及时分析学生的学习情况进行教学阶段反思。

第二：水平体现在课堂上，课堂教学要注重针对性，强调学生学习的自主性，激发学生的积极性，师生双边活动和情感交流，加强学生的课堂练习和动手操作环节。用好用足40分钟，努力提高课堂效率，切实减轻课后作业负担。教师努力提高自己的课堂教学质量上好每一节课，不会因为自己的准备不足而耽误学生学习。

第三：整体提高还要靠课后辅导。全体老师根据自己的计划，采取了具体的行动，尽最大的努力使工作细化，具体化。比如培优补差的落实，确定培优补差对象，进行课堂教学的小分层，作业的分层，课后的个别辅导，一个一个小目标的落实等，老师要尽心尽力。

（三）质量分析及时化

质量分析的目的是总结好的经验，并找出提升的空间。每次周测，月考，期中考试后都要进行横向和纵向的比较，分析考试的得与失，每次都对各题型的得失情况进行详尽的分析，明白教学的差距在哪里，学生的薄弱环节在哪里，从而找到提升的空间，达到整体进步。

总之，通过这一系列的工作，强化了备课组的过程管理，提高了组内英语教师的教学水平和教学质量，推进了七年级英语的教学改革的实施，为我校的整体英语教学水平的提高做出了努力。但是，备课组工作中仍然存在很多不足，这需要在今后的工作中加以改进。
