In the process of the construction, we explored the “completed sets of technology research and application of offshore wind turbine installation” theory, which has been subject to the appraisal of China Water transportation Construction Association. After the evaluation, the association identifies that some of our products lead the world.
During the construction, there was an episode. ten days before the super typhoon “tiange” struck, Mr Dong Jie—manger of the project, accurately predicted that the typhoon would pass through the construction area of the project, according to his many years experience in offshore operations. Therefore, he quickly took measures and avoided asset losses successfully.

The project also refreshed the record of wind turbine installation twice. The first time was on June 10, 2017 when The first two wind turbines was installed within 17 hours. Shortly after, Under the bad construction environment, two different models were completed within 13 hours which broke the record again. What’s more,This project has won unanimous praise from the owners, supervisors and suppliers, and they expressed the willingness to cooperate with us more. 杨绛先生曾经说过：“用生活所感去读书，用读书所得去生活”。我的理解是：“原来以为不读书不足以了解人生，直到三十几岁才发现如果不了解人生，是读不懂书的。读书的意义大概就是用生活所感去读书，用读书所得去生活吧。”这样的道理不但融入在生活当中，同样也渗透在工作里。
对于在座的大家，很多人不觉得读书是多么困难的事，其实对我来说，求学之路并不容易。此时此刻，我想给大家分享一个关于我的故事，记得是在我虚岁八岁的时候，到了上学前班的年龄，那个时候农村还没有幼儿园，同龄的小朋友都去上学了，而我没有。那个时候爸爸还是个民办教师，工资很低，家里的几个姐姐都在上学，支付不起那么多学费，所以爸爸让我晚一年上学。可是看着别的同龄小朋友都去上学了，姐姐们也去上学了，我急了。爸爸每天离开家去学校，我就偷偷的跟在他后面，后来他也很无奈，索性就每日带着我，他给了我一本一年级的旧教材，这是我人生当中第一次接触到的书，从此，我成了我爸爸的小跟班，去不同的年级、不同的教室蹭课，当然，我是乐此不疲的！有了这样的经历，决定了我对书的嗜好，我觉得有书读是多么幸福的一件事呀。只因为有这样的生活不易，我现在更加懂得读书的意义。
我和我老公都是爱读书的人，以30开头的我们，比以前更爱读书，并且偏爱纸质书，喜欢那种翻书的感觉。我们选择读自己喜爱的书、自己想读的书、自己愿读的书。每年我们都会额外拿出一部分钱来买书，很多人双十一买衣服，而我买的是书，去年双十一我给家里买了800多块的书，其中包括不仅有大人喜欢的书籍，还包含几百块的儿童读物。我和老公喜欢读书，所以家里孩子也喜欢读书。新家装修，为了营造一个良好的读书氛围，除了书房外，我将客厅的电视墙打造成整面墙的书柜，这样，家里到处都能看到书。一个满是书香的环境，孩子阅读犹如吃饭一样正常，孩子很容易就可以看到书，也便于孩子随时翻阅。有了这样的一个读书环境，我打算给孩子举办小小读书会，邀请孩子的朋友来家，让孩子和小伙伴们一起读书，一起探讨书中的人物，这样的读书会对于孩子们的成长非常有益。我们家将会成为小朋友们的小小“图书馆”。
这大概就是“用生活所感去读书，用读书所得去生活”吧。

从参加工作以来，我越来越觉得读书对工作非常重要。在工作当中，比起那些心灵鸡汤，我更喜欢读实用性强的书，专业知识的书是必不可少的，因为那是我们的武器，除了这些专业知识的书籍，我选择了一些心理学方面的书。因为在工作当中我遇到了很多困扰，我解不开，通过在网络学院平台上学习了赵了了老师的心理沟通课程，受益匪浅，我觉得心理学的实用性是非常强的，它融入在我们生活和工作里的方方面面，它就在我们身边，所以我选择了读心理学方面的书，为了学习更专业更高效，我购买了5800元的中科院心理学基础培训课程，从今年三月份至今，我坚持每天学习，现在已经拿到培训合格证书。我很庆幸，这半年多的学习对我自身影响非常大，同时也给我的工作带了很多改变，在工作的过程中，对于客户，我更能理解客户的需求，更能多方位的为客户提供更好的服务；对于同事，我们通过聊天疏导一些不好的情绪，解开一些困惑；对于领导，我更能准确的领会到领导对工作要求，并能积极主动的沟通；对于我自己，我会正视自己的问题，工作中，遇到问题首先想到的是解决办法，而不是抱怨，并且经常会带着头脑思考工作，平时思考的多了，就能找到更好途径和办法解决工作中遇到的问题。读心理学的书，确实是给我带来了太大的改变，让我不断的认识自己、接纳自己、突破自己。
既然说到了心理学，我真的很想给大家推荐两类心理学的书，一类是发展心理学，讲述的是我们人不同年龄段的心理状态是怎样的，学习了这个，我们就不会焦虑我们的孩子、其他家人和我们自己在各个年龄段的困惑了，另一类是社会心理学，这一类讲述的是我们个体和群体在社会相互作用中的心理和行为发生及变化规律。我们个体是生活在这个社会里的，我们和客户之间交流，和同事之间交往，和家人之间的相处，都需要社会心理学的知识，所以我们有必要了解这一类知识。
简而言之，这大概是“用读书所得去工作”吧。
“用生活所感去读书，用读书所得去工作”，我想，对生活、对工作、对读书都是特别有心且用心的人吧，有文字相伴，对生活和工作会有更丰富的想法和更好的态度。
林清玄说，“你心柔软，却有力量”。所以，多用心读书，带着自己对生活和工作的感悟去读;用读书所得去柔软内心，让自己有力量的生活和工作。
